The purpose of these general terms of use is to define the terms and conditions under which, on the one hand, AGENIUM GROUP, simplified joint stock company with capital of €14. 199.00, whose head office is located at Parc d’activités CICEA – 3, rue du Courtil à Bruz (35170), registered in the Rennes Trade and Companies Register under the unique identification number 477 887 392, (hereinafter referred to as the “Editor”), makes available to users of the site (hereinafter the “User(s)”) accessible at URL www.agenium.com (hereinafter the “Site”), the services and information accessible from the Site, and on the other to define the manner in which any User accesses the Site and uses its features.

Any connection to the Site is subject to compliance with these conditions.

The Editor reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the present conditions of use in order to adjust them to the developments of the Site and/or its utilisation.

Access to the Site

Use and access to the Site is performed by the User in accordance with these terms.
